English 8th: **FINAL RESEARCH REPORT WILL BE DUE FRIDAY - 11/16/12 - Students watched a demo on using MSWord to create and insert citations within their research report. They also received an example title page and bibliography for reference. Students did peer editing with their research reports, and need to do '10' word choice changes (vocabulary upgrades) to their report. Geography 7th: Quiz Ch. 17 Section 1 (open book) *homework: current event (due Friday)
English 7th: Students each read their class journal endings, and then voted on the one to be published in the final version. The remainder of class was spent within reading groups. Students were given a slightly different spelling list - one that is associated with the class novel they are reading. Spelling program is as usual, but the worksheet/list will be different. *homework: spelling (due next Tuesday 11/20/12).
