All English 8: Students were given a short refresher course on entering references into Microsoft Word, as well as creating an MLA bibliography/Works Cited page. They were given the entire period to work on the rough draft as it is due tomorrow for peer editing. Students are expected to do some independent reading in Anne Frank this week. All English 7: The final business letter was due and collected today. After DOL/Journal, we discussed the spelling lists for the class novel and identified misunderstandings. Students worked within cooperative reading groups for the remainder of the class. *homework: spelling 5X each - read AR
