English 8A: After Journal (idioms), students read the short story "The Finish of Patsy Barnes" in pairs or small groups. Students started annotating the text (option of online or sticky notes in book). If the 'first read' of the story was not completed in class, that is homework. We'll continue annotating tomorrow.
